Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
